Bollywood movie review of Wazir
The
film named wazir which was released in 2016 is considered one of the phenomenal
works of Bejoy Nambiar. In this Bollywood movie review, we

to perform at the time of its release also how it is a good watch for all the
thriller lovers in current times.
The film Wazir is
an all-time favorite for many, however, in the initial years, it wasn't valued
even though the critics reviewed it as a masterpiece. the film stars Farhan
Akhtar, Amitabh Bacchan, and Aditi Rao hydari in the lead cast.
The film Wazir starts with a scene opening of how a team of Mumbai police led
by Farhan Akhtar is trying hard to catch some wanted terrorists. However, at
the beginning of the scene the protagonist Farhan Akhtar loses her daughter in
a gunfight with the terrorist and the story from there takes a sharp
turn.
Making Farhan Akhtar a complete
man on a mission to have his revenge, but then the character of Amitabh Bacchan
gets introduced and it palliates the whole situation. the character names of
all the characters are Amitabh Bacchan as Pandit Omkarnath Dhar the
Deuteragonist of the film, Farhan Akhtar as Daanish Ali the protagonist, Aditi
Rao Hydari as Ruhana Ali the love interest, and lastly actor Manav Kaul as
Yazaad Qureshi the antagonist of the film. The film includes everything
starting from thriller to action, drama, and political issues. The reason the
film didn't work well enough in the box office was due to lack of awareness and
marketing of the film in those days, the theme of the film couldn't reach as
many audiences as it was estimated to, however in recent times the OTT platform
has changed the scenario for such films.
The film was ahead of its time
and nothing to doubt about it, furthermore, it is also proven with the fact
that it earned more overseas than it did in India. In India, it hardly managed
to collect a mere collection of 65cr. approx.
